Peeled robinia pole
Our robinia poles are all round and peeled. This means that the bark on the outside of the pole has been removed and the beautiful natural wood is clearly visible. Sometimes it can happen that there is still some bark present in a few places.
A robinia pole that has been peeled is durable and very strong. In addition to the poles being peeled, they are also provided with a good point. This makes it easier to get the poles into the ground.
Placing a Robinia pole in the garden
Robinia poles are perfect for use in your garden or front garden. Our poles are used as a stylish separation in the front garden, so that not everyone can look directly into your home. A row of robinia poles in the front garden also ensures that, for example, your garbage can is neatly out of sight. Our sturdy robinia poles are also resistant to a knock and you can combine them well with, for example, long grasses and ferns.
In the backyard, our robinia posts are often used as part of a sheep fence, but even without the sheep fence on it, these posts are a sustainable and natural way to separate your garden.

Difference between chestnut pole and robinia pole
Chestnut poles come from the sweet chestnut tree (Castanea sativa), while robinia poles come from the black locust tree (Robinia pseudoacacia). Although both trees produce hardwood, they have different properties and grow in different regions. In addition, both types of wood have a natural appearance, but they do have different color and grain patterns. Chestnut wood generally has a warm, light brown color and a striking, coarse grain. Robinia wood can vary from light brown to dark brown and has a finer grain pattern.
Please note: the bark of robinia poles can be dangerous for horses!
